Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is Ulrich Braun; address and email are given in the legal notice.
In short
This website sets no cookies for visitors, uses no tracking or analytics tools and embeds no third-party services. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server.
When you visit
When you open the site, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the server: IP address, date and time, requested file, browser and system information and the previously visited page. The server logs these requests in order to deliver the site and to detect faults or attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website. The logs are not combined with other data and are kept only as long as necessary for this purpose.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, your details (name, email address, optionally organisation, type of enquiry and message) are sent to me by email so that I can answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a possible project is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The details are not stored in a database of the website. The form’s spam protection (ALTCHA) works without cookies or third-party services: your browser solves a small calculation that the server checks.
Contact by email
If you write to me, I process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once the enquiry is settled, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Only people who log in to the administration area receive a technically necessary session cookie. Visitors to the website are not affected.
Hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. ALL-INKL processes the data on my behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing (Art. 15–18, 20, 21 GDPR). An informal email is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
